1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LOLgraphs (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What LOLgraphs is

LOLgraphs is an independent, third-party League of Legends stat tracker. It uses the Riot Games API to display publicly available ranked data in graphical format. No account is required to use the Service.

LOLgraphs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Riot Games in any way. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates the Riot Games API Terms of Service or Riot's Legal Jibber Jabber policy.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm other players.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or send automated requests that overload the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its underlying code.

4. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep LOLgraphs available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on the Riot Games API, which may be unavailable, rate-limited, or return incomplete data at any time. Stats shown may be delayed or inaccurate due to API limitations. We are not liable for decisions made based on data shown in the Service.

5. Intellectual property

League of Legends, Riot Games, and all related names, marks, and assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc. LOLgraphs uses them under the Riot Games API Terms of Service and is not permitted to sublicense them.

The LOLgraphs application code, design, and original content are owned by the LOLgraphs operator. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data shown will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LOLgraphs and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed $0.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the operator's location.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
